Rachel Havrelock publishes op-ed in Chicago Tribune

Congratulations to Rachel Havrelock whose op-ed "Rust Belt no more: Chicago should be capital of the Water Belt" appears in the Chicago Tribune today.  This piece comes out of the Op-Ed Project workshop funded by the Provost's Office, an intensive two-day workshop designed to train UIC faculty in the art of writing op-eds. Rachel is the first from this workshop to have one of her pieces published.
