Mary Anne Mohanraj to be honored at 2018 Literary Awards

Mary Anne Mohanraj will be one of 85 honored guests at the 2018 Carl Sandburg Literary Awards Dinner on October 9, 2018. The 2018 awardees are Judy Blume, Neil DeGrasse Tyson, and Erika L. Sanchez. Sanchez, who will receive the 21st Century Award, is an alumna of UIC English.

Earlier this year Mohanraj published her "garden romance / breast cancer memoir / poetry collection" Perennial.
