Daniel Borzutzky on Griffin Poetry Prize Shortlist

UIC English faculty and poet/translator Daniel Borzutzky is on the shortlist of the 2019 Griffin International Poetry Prize, Canada's most generous poetry and translation award, for his book Lake Michigan. Books are nominated by publishers and may be from any country in the world, including Canada.

The four international prize authors and three Canadian prize authors are invited to participate in a reading in Toronto on June 5, where they will be given $10,000CAD each. The winner will receive $65,000CAD.
