Grad Student Job Seekers Information Session

We’ll go over rough timelines and the different genres like letter, abstract, teaching philosophy etc, so that you can develop your portfolio over the summer. There is much uncertainty about academic postings right now, which we can also discuss - as well as how the process of preparing job materials helps synthesize the dissertation work itself.
PhD students who plan to apply to academic jobs this year, or who’d like to get a sense of prep for future years, or who have already started the process, are all invited. If you cannot make it, feel free to set an appointment with Anna Kornbluh, summer DGS.
