PhD Candidates’ Dissertation Presentations

This colloquium is a sequel of sorts to the faculty presentations this fall, in which ABD PhD candidates will give short, informal presentations about their dissertation projects. The event is designed to allow the presenters an opportunity to practice their "elevator pitches" and receive some feedback from faculty and other grad students, as well as to allow the department--and especially newer graduate students--a chance to hear about the work of our PhD candidates.
